shy . kind . trustworthy
A loner, the shy type, more involved in a sketchbook than people. Back in school, he didn't talk much, so he didn't make many friends. He's sweet though, and offers quiet words of encouragement as he doodles something silly to make you smile. Tell you a story on the spot of cotton candy castles and one-eyed marshmallows to cheer you up. Stop by his place, have a cup of tea and a lollipop. Please, excuse the mess. It's so hard to find good storage for painting supplies in his teensy home. He'll stay inside painting or dreaming all day and all night if you let him--drag him out to interact with the world. Make sure he eats. Be there to chill him out when he stresses out about everything. Somebody cheerful and vibrant would inspire him, somebody cool and collected would keep him grounded.

Not the "hating" type. Rivalries are too stressful. Not everybody can stand the rabbit-like type. Little bit squirrely, lot bit shy. Isn't uncommon for him to make people angry--"stand up for yourself!" Isn't uncommon for him to be a target--he takes it lying down, without a word. Ask him to show up at three, he'll be there by seven. If at all. Only shows up on time for work because he needs to buy paint and brushes. One might get angry at his willowy nature--he's not too grounded in reality. Somebody loud and angry would frighten him, somebody pushy would make him cry.

Love is an art. Love is rose petals scattered across canvas. Whisps of smoke reaching towards the ceiling. A breathy whispering in your ear. Hot like a kiln, cool like paint, sharp like a palette knife, soft like brush-tips. He wants it, craves it, but hasn't found it. He dreams of a soft smile and warm breaths trailing down his neck, of a gentle voice and cool palms. Somebody special. Somebody he wants to paint one thousand murals for. Love is fickle, love is patient, love will surely find him one day. His lovers can expect one great big piece of work--he'll stumble along, trying to support you, but a lot of the time he'll need the support. Most of all, his lover would likely have to be grounded, to help tie him down to reality.

On a scale of one to ten, Vince is a solid nine and a half on the "likely to become a Shade" meter. Not only is his tie to reality very flimsy because of his overall dreamy nature, his dreamworld is extremely peaceful, and as such there are no weapons or lines of defense against any Shades that may enter. Him becoming corrupted would be very easy--entice him to abandon the real world completely and remain in the dreamworld forever. Buuut nothing's set in stone yet. Whatever other people would like to suggest, I'm open for. <3

His dreamworld, Sunfall, is mainly comprised of a gargantuan cypress tree sprouting from the center of a vast, empty lake. Denizens of the world live inside of huts or treehouses nestled inside of the life-tree's branches, connected by a complex series of rope-bridges and ladders. Paint splatter litters almost every surface, from the daily rain showers of paint. Every person inside of Sunfall have a bird who is bonded to them at birth--this includes dreamwalkers who enter Vince's dreamworld.

Each bird is unique to the person. A bird claim list can be found to the left. To claim a bird, simply PM with a species and name of the bird. There's no special significance personality wise to the birds, so be creative!
