His world is called the Cluster. It features a city with Skyscrapers, malls, restaurants..., everything that might refer to a metropolis. There's a huge tower in the center of the town- Salem's home. The tower has the name 'Watching Tower', and since the Cluster is under video surveillance, you can see everything that's going on there. However, Salem is not that kind of person who'd stay in there like 24/7; he prefers to make his thing and take his skateboard everywhere. The Cluster has a nice little coffee shop; a place where his parents used to work and eventually made the best coffee of the world. The Cluster has a security system, and you need a smartphone to enter several areas. You can also 'claim' some areas and make them yours. So if anyone else would enter the area they need to send you a request to enter.

Let it be New York or another metropolis, Cluster mirrors any of them. However, due to the security system it has a futuristic appearance, and the places that are able to be claimed have a pole. The pole is able to read your identity by simply hovering your smartphone over it. If the place is not yet claimed, you can claim it yourself or just access it. Place claimable are parks or several buildings. The only place that's not claimable is the watching tower.

As aforementioned, it is required to own a smartphone with the Cluster App, so that you are able to enter several places. If you want to enter a place but it is claimed by someone, you have to send a request. However, some would deny your request or ignore it. There is no other choice to enter the place if it has claimed by someone. However, it is possible to ask for a Security Ticket at the Help Center, that's at the Northern District. The Help Center is also a place that's not possible to be claimed.

Salem is reckless and he never leaves his house without his skateboard.
